As of June 2023, it has over 60 medical and eldercare facilities across 16 cities in China, with more than 22,000 beds of which 12,000 are operating eldercare beds.

The full suite of integrated eldercare and medical services includes eldercare homes for independent residents, assisted living apartments, nursing homes, western medicine, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), rehabilitation care, nursing care, dementia care, home care and outpatient clinics, according to Perennial Holdings.
